Adam Short

Adam has been with BigHand for 4 years working in the capacity of a Project Consultant for the first 2 years before moving on to head up the Technical Support department. As a Consultant Adam was the key technical liaison with firms such as SJ Berwin, and Wragge & Co. He has also been instrumental in the release of our Terminal Server client. Adam has overseen the Support function at BigHand through a period of dynamic growth and ensured our support capabilities stay ahead of client needs. Adam previously worked as an internal Systems Engineer for a web design company working in New York, supporting offices in San Francisco, Singapore and London.
Stephen Brown

Stephen has been with BigHand for over 3 years and has managed Digital Dictation projects at law firms such as Eversheds and Addleshaw Goddard. Stephen worked for five years at Arthur Andersen, two of which were spent managing IT implementation projects within its European offices. Stephen currently heads up the BigHand Projects team and is responsible for European and North American clients. US projects Stephen has managed include the top 20 firm Foley and Lardner.
Paul Pastura

Paul joined BigHand in 2004 bringing with him a wealth of experience in support after working in the professional services industry since 1997. Paul has overall responsibility for the global implementations team and the Training and Certification Programme for BigHand implementation partners. This includes pre-sales technical and architectural design advice, consultancy and product research and development. Paul currently specialises in high-level technical design, support and international implementations with experience in projects with the largest law firms in the UK, Australia and the North America.
Will Richardson

Will joined BigHand in January 2003 as a consultant installing, implementing and training firms such as Boodle Hatfield, Charles Russell, Denton Wilde Sapte, Simmons & Simmons and Richards Butler on using BigHand technology. In 2004 working closely with BigHand’s development team Will began an intensive commercial beta test programme with the new product BigHand3, which was released 2005. Now, as Product Manager Will is the internal expert on released products and associated peripherals at BigHand. He also has overall responsibility for the implementation staff at BigHand and ensures that all implementations of BigHand3 are performed to the highest possible standards and in accordance with best implementation practices.
