Value Added Resellers
Our Value Added Resellers are selected for their ability to sell & demonstrate, supply, implement and support the BigHand3 workflow system. BigHand VARs have a high level of IT resources and deep technical capabilities. Each VAR undergoes a training and certification program prior to receiving VAR status to ensure that they are able to provide a service of the highest level that matches BigHand’s award-winning ethos. BigHand offer each VAR industry leading margins.

Technology Integrators
Our ‘Technology Integrator’ level incorporate technology developers such as document or practice management vendors, hardware partners such as device manufacturers, and platform partners such as Citrix. These technology partnerships are aimed at integrating with your systems, teaching your developers and employees about our product, and continuing that education process as our technology evolves. Access to our products, support and training resources helps your organization develop the skills required to integrate and work with BigHand3 Digital Dictation Workflow now and in the future.

Outsourcing Agencies
BigHand technology and sound format is compatible with any outsourcing agency, but many agencies choose to become an official BigHand partner to gain access to our advanced outsourcing module (which improves high volume transcription and workflow). Outsourcing agency partners also receive cooperation and advice on dealing with our 400+ organisation client base.
